Trailer- Act of Valor 

Act of Valor on the surface appears to be an action film that I would love. Explosions, car chases, gun fights all shot and edited in a post Bourne/Hurt Locker style. These qualities/traits that we all should seek from an action film, but the music is absolutely horrendous. I can’t get excited about an action film when the footage of action sequences are cut to some song by OneRepublic or a similar band. Nobody psyches themselves up with that. Nobody gets excited. 

Now, the marketing people do not have to paratake in the current fad and use dubstep/brostep music in the advertisements. Just use something more exciting. Use a Death Grips song. Maybe some Sleigh Bells. Something a little more cock to it than a country pop song.
